Agronomics	PHC Reclamation, Inc. was founded in 1995 and our personnel have extensive experience in reclamation and engineering projects.  Team professionals have provided full turnkey services including project management, consulting, technical and biological services, site investigation throughout the United States.  Several of the projects have received national and state recognition and national awards.
Construction Management	PHC-REC's mine reclamation and construction group has performed a wide variety of projects within the mine reclamation and construction fields.  Our construction group completes the “hands on” aspect of mine reclamation and construction projects.  Preserving our client's interests while effectively keeping the projects`s cost low are the primary goals of the PHC-REC construction group.
